Peace Pod Montessori is a teacher-led learning pod guided by trained Montessori educators and supported by dedicated assistants. We offer a full Montessori program while also providing homeschool support for families seeking a flexible, hands-on learning experience. We are proud to support families in the CSRA by providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive, explore, and discover their unique potential.

Toddler Community
18-24 months
Our Toddler Community is a prepared environment designed for our youngest learners to explore their independence. With child-sized furniture and materials, everything is at their level, empowering them to choose their own activities. Through practical life skills, such as pouring and dressing, toddlers develop coordination, concentration, and a sense of accomplishment. This gentle introduction to the Montessori method builds a strong foundation for future learning, helping children to become confident and independent.
Children's House
3-5 years
This is the core of the Montessori experience. The Children's House is a prepared environment where children choose their own work from a wide range of engaging materials. The curriculum includes Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Culture (including science, history, and geography). In this mixed-age environment, older children serve as role models for younger ones, fostering a sense of community and mutual respect.
Lower Elementary
6-9 years
The Lower Elementary classroom is a place of grand exploration. Children's expanding imaginations are met with "Cosmic Education," which presents a comprehensive and interconnected view of the universe. The curriculum delves deeper into all subjects, and children engage in collaborative projects and "going out" trips to explore the world beyond the classroom.
Upper Elementary
10-12 years
In Upper Elementary, students are ready to think abstractly and apply their knowledge to real-world problems. The curriculum supports their growing social and moral reasoning, and students take on more responsibility for their own learning. They engage in complex research, group projects, and community service, preparing them for the transition to adolescence.
